Fees charged reflect the quality and value of our advanced and specialized medical and surgical services. They reflect the degree of expertise required to diagnose and treat your pet, as well as the cost of the diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical equipment utilized.

Written estimates are provided for patients for which surgery and/or advanced diagnostic procedures under sedation or general anesthesia are recommended.

Fees are payable in full when services are provided, in the form of a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), a debit card, or a check or cash in U.S. funds.

For our Canadian clients: To provide a more favorable exchange rate, if you are a Canadian resident we provide a 10% discount. This is an exceptional deal, especially when you consider that there is no tax on veterinary services in the U.S., unlike the 7% GST tax levied on veterinary services in Canada. The only items taxed at our hospital are retail items, such as prescription drugs. We accept U.S. Cash, debit cards, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept Canadian checks or Canadian funds in any form. Also, some debit cards might not work in our credit/debit card reader, so please bring an additional form of payment in case your debit card is not accepted.

For our U.S. clients: We accept U.S. Cash, debit cards, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We do accept U.S. checks in U.S. funds. For all U.S. residents who are 65 years of age or older, we are happy to provide a 10% Senior Citizen discount.
